Malnutrition has become a major problem among children living in African countries according to UN.
Thousands of children, mostly below the age of five, die because they suffer from improper feeding and poor diet in the developing countries.
The director of the United Nations African region Leila Pakala during her speech on the final day of the UN conference to discuss strategies to reduce the problem said malnutrition is one of leading factors which causes the high rate of death among children in Africa.
Pakala has said this problem requires both national and international cooperation in order to curb its escalating.
